I'm not even going to bother discussing this too much. Art's solid as ever. Story is a complete waste. We continue to establish everything that was established 20+ years ago in the original Watchmen book. Perhaps this series will benefit in the future from reading it as an entire group, but I highly doubt it. If you're looking for a Before Watchmen title to try, avoid this one at all costs.
